BOOKING FAQ'S
How do I book an appointment?
Simply browse the selection of treatments available, select your treatment option and select a date and time. You can then input your details and pay for your treatment along with any homecare products at the online checkout.
How can I find you?
Roaine Drive, Holmfirth, HD9 1EX.
Sat nav will find me if you use the above address. (Don’t put Tranquility Room into your sat nav – it takes you to Vicarage Meadows behind me).
Before you arrive for your 1st appointment, you will receive a WhatsApp message with my house number on and instructions on where to go.
Free parking is available on the street.
When should I arrive for my appointment?
There is no waiting area, please arrive on time for your appointment.
It is sometimes possible to arrive earlier for your appointment, please send a message via WhatsApp to check if you do arrive early.
If you are running late, please message me via WhatsApp.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your treatment time may have to be reduced or you may have to rearrange your appointment.
How do I pay?
You can either pay online or in-salon. When booking your appointment, please select pay in-salon if you wish to pay at your appointment.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Gift vouchers can be purchased for a value or a specific treatment, either:
- Digitally through my online booking system (your voucher will be emailed to you directly or to the recipient)
- or as a physical credit card style voucher in a gift box – these can be collected in person, or posted out via Royal Mail 1st class – £2.95
Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Please make sure you book your treatment before the expiry date.
Please note we do not extend any vouchers so be sure to use them within the 6 months.
Can I cancel or change my appointment?
I understand that things happen and life is busy. I politely ask that 48 hours notice is given when cancelling your appointment.
If less than 48 hours notice is given, or in the event of a no show, you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
If you wish to change your appointment, you can do this by logging into your account on my website, or by messaging me via WhatsApp.
Can I have a treatment whilst pregnant?
Facials can be enjoyed at any stage of pregnancy – minus the use of any essential oils. Skin may be more sensitive due to a change in hormones.
I am qualified in Pregnancy Massage, however you can only receive a massage treatment once you are in your 2nd trimester (12 weeks+) and have a healthy pregnancy.
All essential oils and pressure points are avoided.
Hot stones are avoided during pregnancy.
