Website Use

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and not to:

  • Misuse the website
  • Attempt unauthorised access
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the site

Appointments and Deposits

  • A 25% deposit is required to secure all appointments.
  • Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a new appointment if you reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice), same-day cancellations, and no-shows will result in deposit forfeiture.

Products and Orders (collection only)

Where we offer products (including Katherine Daniels), these are collection-only unless stated otherwise.

  • Order confirmation: You will receive an email confirming your order after purchase.
    Collection: You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
  • Pricing: All prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout via Shopify and approved payment providers. We also offer ATOA, which allows you to pay directly from your own online banking app.

Available payment options may include:

  • Debit and credit cards
  • Shop Pay
  • Atoa

Available methods may vary depending on your device and eligibility.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Discount codes:

  • May not apply to all items (for example, gift vouchers may be excluded)
  • May have expiry dates and specific conditions
  • Cannot usually be applied retrospectively once an order has been placed
